Thursday, July 17th, 2008 – Week One
Well class got off to a good start – lots of familiar faces in the mix and it appears that everyone was satisfied with the match up of partners on the teams. We heard some interesting concepts for the projects like a website that chronicles a guy through his day, who constantly chews gum. I didn’t mention to the team that I have a gum phobia and despise when people chew gum anywhere near me. The thought and smell of it makes me feel intensely like vomiting but — I kept my cool and didn’t say anything, since the teacher is supposed to be objective. Overall though, gum IECK!!!! aside, I think the concept has teeth –so far. Can’t wait to hear everyone’s proposals next week…
